Who do I call when something goes wrong with our IT?
IT support and incident response means having a real person to contact when technology gets in the way, whether it's a forgotten password, a laptop that won't connect or a suspected hack. It's for small teams without their own IT department who need help quickly and explained in plain English.
What's covered
Everyday help, serious incidents, and a real person to talk to.
Everyday IT help
The small problems that eat into your day.
- Password resets and locked-out accounts
- Setting up new starters and closing off leavers
- Email, Microsoft 365 and file-sharing problems
- Laptops, printers and Wi-Fi that won't behave
When something serious happens
If you think you've been hacked, scammed or infected, we help you contain it and recover.
- Working out what happened and what's been affected
- Locking down compromised accounts and devices
- Getting you back up and running, from backups where possible
- A plain-English summary of what happened and how to stop it happening again
How you reach us
Help is a message away, not a ticket into a void.
- A real person who walks you through it
- Clear updates while we're working on it
- Remote help where possible, so many problems are fixed without a visit
- Notes kept on your setup so you don't have to explain it twice
Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "incident"?
Anything that suggests someone has got in where they shouldn't, or that your information could be at risk. Examples: an email account sending strange messages, a payment sent to a scammer, a ransomware message on screen, a lost or stolen laptop, or a team member who clicked something they shouldn't have.
What should I do first if I think we've been hacked?
Contact us straight away, and try not to delete or change too much, because it helps to see what happened. If a device is acting strangely, disconnect it from the internet. If money has gone to the wrong account, call your bank immediately. We'll help you work through the rest.
Do we have to report a data breach?
Sometimes. Depending on where you operate and what information was involved, there may be legal reporting duties with tight deadlines. We'll help you quickly understand what happened, so you and your advisers can make that call with the facts in front of you.
Do you replace our existing IT person or company?
Not necessarily. We can be your main point of contact for IT and security, or work alongside someone you already use, for example handling security incidents while they look after day-to-day support.
When can we reach you?
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with urgent security incidents prioritised.
